| 摘 要： | 执行力不足是现阶段我国保险企业普遍面临的困境.根据保险企业执行力的影响因素,可以建立保险企业执行力评价指标体系,并采用AHP与模糊评价相结合的方法对我国保险企业执行力进行模糊评价.各保险企业可以从评价结果中找出自身执行力的薄弱环节加以改进,以提升企业执行力。

| Abstract: | The low execution is a problem for all of China's insurance enterprises.According to the influencing factors on the execution,we can establish an evaluation system of the execution of insurance enterprise,and then evaluate the execution by method of fuzzy evaluation based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Hence,measures may be taken to improve the execution of each insurance enterprise. |
