摘    要:论述了纳米材料和纳米技术对印制线路板基材的力学性能、热性能、绿色化的影响。由于以上三个方面的共同作用,可以优化设计提高印制线路板基材的综合性能,为实现基材的轻、薄、小提供了强大的技术保证。纳米材料和纳米技术对印制线路板基材的冲击在技术上形成了一种阶梯跳跃,是基材进入纳米时代的标志,这是我国基材制造业赶上世界先进水平的一个极好的机会,务必引起基材业技术专家和企业家的高度重视,下一代印制线路基材的设计体系已经初现端倪。

Abstract:In the paper, the effect of nano-material and nano-technology on mechanical, heat-resistance and environment-friendly properties of PCB substrate was reviewed. For these reason, the properties of the material may be improved and the substrate.must become lighter, thinner and smaller. The impact of nano-technology on PCB is great. At the same time, it provides us a chance to advance the manufacture of the substrate in China. The expert and enterpriser in PCB industry must pay attention to the application of nano-technology. The design system of new substrate will appear.
