| 摘 要： | 利用马尔可夫链模型的原理预测灾变，以郑州市旱涝等级的预测作为实例，介绍了使用这种模型的方法与步骤，预测结果表明，利用马尔可夫链模型预测灾变是可行的。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the Markov chains Model is applied to forecast disaster. Taking the forecasting drought and flood grades in zhengzhou for example, it introduces the means and steps of using this model. The result shows that forecasting disaster by using Markov chains model is feasible. |
