| 摘 要： | CMM是目前国际上最具权威性的一种软件生产过程改进和软件企业软件过程能力评价标准，已经得到了国际软件产业界的认可。其中讨论了CMM在软件企业所起到的重大作用、国内外的发展状况，着重介绍了软件企业实施CMM的具体方法，以及软件企业实施CMM过程中的一些改进意见。
