摘    要:本文利用改进的三羟基吲哚法测定肾上腺素. 实验表明,在pH=8.7的硼砂缓冲溶液中,肾上腺素用K3Fe(CN)6氧化后,加入巯基乙醇溶液,能稳定吲哚衍生物,从而可以在碱性条件下测定肾上腺素,同时在该条件下多巴、多巴胺不能形成发荧光的产物,不干扰它的测定,由此提出了一种灵敏、选择性测定肾上腺素的分析方法.

Abstract:An improved modification of the trihydroxyindole method was used to determine epinephrine in this paper. Experiments indicate that the fluorescent lutines can be stablized by the mercaptoethanol in the borax buffer(pH=8.7). So it is possible to determine epinephrine in the alkaline medium. Under the same conditions, dopa, dopamine can not form fluorescent products, therefore, they didn't interfere with the estimation of epinephrine. From this, a simple and selective method for the determination of epinephrine was put forward.
