| Abstract: | The existence of an explosive cycle is proposed for the action of laser radiation on a water droplet, when the droplet during the time of action of the pulse is converted to supercritical steam with unchanged density. A calculation is carried out of the gas-dynamic parameters of the expanding explosion products. An estimate is made of the change of optical attenuation cross section of the expanding steam. |
