| Abstract: | A urea microsensor was fabricated by immobilizing urease at the tip (10-μm diameter) of a rapidly responding ammonia gas microelectrode based on antimony. The construction and evaluation of both the urea senson and the ammonia electrode are described in detail. The urea sensor responds to 10?2?10?4 M urea in 30–45 s. |
