有源阵列天线中的多通道相参信号源设计

摘    要:有源阵列天线广泛应用于无线通信领域。针对有源天线阵列应用,设计了一种基于数模混合信号的多通道高精度相参信号源,其内部包含有一个高鲁棒性与可扩展性的自动同步网络。该信号源架构可灵活应用于各类不同规模的阵列系统中,具有高度的灵活性。通过实验系统对该信号源进行了测试验证。作为应用演示,该架构被进一步应用于一个接收阵列系统中,该系统的有效相位调节精度达到0. 1°,其波束指向分辨率达到1°以内。

Abstract:Active antenna arrays are widely applied in wireless communications. A multi-channel phased signal generator with robust and extensible automatic synchronization network is presented in this work to meet the ever increasing demand for the mixed signal based active antenna array. The proposed generator architecture possesses high flexibility of building up the scalable active antenna system and is validated by the experimental results of a prototype. Furthermore, its application in receiving antenna system is demonstrated. An effective phase control resolution of 0. 1°and a corresponding beam steering step in sub-degree level are achieved.
