摘    要:利用微流控芯片非接触电导检测法测定片剂中盐酸地芬尼多的含量.采用1 mmol/L HAc+2 mmol/L NaAc(pH 4.5)为缓冲溶液,0.2 mmol/L 十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为添加剂,在分离电压为2.20 kV,进样时间为10 s下,1 min内实现组分快速分离和检测.盐酸地芬尼多线性范围为5~160 ...

Abstract:The difenidol hydrochloride in its tablets was determined by microfluidic chip with contactless conductivity detection with 1 mmol/L HAc+2 mmol/L NaAc(pH 4.5) as buffer solution,0.2 mmol/L SDS as additive.The difenidol hydrochloride was separated and detected in 1 min at the separation voltage of 2.20 kV and injection time 10s.The linear dependence of the concentration of difenidol hydrochloride ranged from 5 to 160 μg/mL(r=0.9994),with the detection limit of 2.0 μg/mL(S/N=3),the relative standard deviation(RSD) of 1.4% and the recoveries from 98.8% to 100.6%.
