摘    要:设计合成了一种pH荧光分子探针2,5-双(4-羟基-苯亚甲基)环戊酮,并对其光谱性能进行了研究.pH滴定实验表明:探针的紫外吸收和荧光光谱对溶液的pH值有很强的依赖性.当体系溶液由酸性变为碱性时,探针紫外吸收光谱发生明显的红移,并伴有溶液颜色的显著变化.荧光光谱强度在酸性条件下随pH的变化不大,而在碱性条件下荧光强度则...

Abstract:A fluorescent and colorimetric pH-indicator based on the ketene structure was synthesized by condensation reaction with aldehyde and ketone in acidic condition.pH titration indicated that the probe displayed strong spectral sensitivity to pH in absorption spectra as well as fluorescence emission spectra.The absorption was red shifted and the solution undergoed distinct color changes from yellow to red with pH turning from acidity to basicity.There was more than 20-fold increase in the fluorescence emission intensity within the pH range of 6.98~9.98.The fluorescence dissociation constant(pKa) was 8.39,and the fluorescence quantum yield was determined as 0.076.Furthermore,there was little effect on the fluorescence spectra of the compounds by metal ion and ray.
