木质素阳离子絮凝剂的合成及其絮凝性能研究

摘    要:以酶解木质素、甲醛、二甲胺及阳离子化试剂为原料,制备了木质素基阳离子絮凝剂.改变阳离子化试剂的用量、缩合反应的温度和时间等因素,制备不同阳离子度的木质素阳离子絮凝剂;通过其对酸性黑10B的脱色效果研究,确定了最优的制备方案.利用最优条件制备的木质素阳离子絮凝剂对三种不同种类阴离子染料废水进行了絮凝脱色处理.结果表明,原...

Abstract:Lignin-base cationic flocculants were synthesized using EH-lignin(lignin isolated from enzymatic hydrolyzed residue of cornstalks),formaldehyde,dimethylamine and cationic reagent.The influencing factors,such as the ratio of reactants,condensation temperature and reaction time,on the cation content were studied and the effect of cation content on decolorizing acid black 10B(AB 10B) aqueous solution was investigated.Furthermore,the application of lignin-based cationic copolymer as a flocculant was evaluated in decolorizing three different anionic dye wastewaters,AB 10B,direct red 2B(DR 2B) and reactive red X-3B(RR X-3B).Results showed that the optimum synthesis conditions were as follows: the mole ratio of formaldehyde,dimethylamine and cationic reagent was 1.2∶1∶1.2,the condensation temperature 70℃ and the condensation time 2 h.Under the optimum synthesis conditions,the product was effective in removing anionic dyes from aqueous solution.When the dye concentration was 100 mg/L and pH 6.5~7,the optimum dose of lignin-based cationic flocculant is 35 mg/L,35 mg/L and 50 mg/L for AB 10B,DR 2B and RR X-3B,respectively.The decolorizing rates were reached above 95%.
