| 摘 要： | 介绍了沥青温拌定量喷洒装置的结构，采用PLC对沥青温拌定量喷洒装置的电气系统进行控制，同时依靠触摸屏完成系统状态监视和过程控制，通过PLC及组态软件MCGS实现温拌添加剂无人工操作、完全自动化的定量喷洒，具有控制精度高、自动，手动灵活切换的优点。

| Abstract: | A brief introduction of structure related to quantitative spray device for warm mix asphalt.The apparatus dominates the electrical system by PLC at the same time touch-screen completes status monitoring and process control, PLC and MCGS configuration software achieve the quantitative spray without people operation and entire automation for warm mix asphalt.Thus this equipment take the advantage of control precision and flexible switching of automatic and manual manipulate. |
