摘    要:采用浓硝酸和高氯酸的混合消解法处理苏斯-12(利胆胶囊)样品,盐酸羟胺将铁()还原成铁(),在pH为5的条件下,用联吡啶分光光度法测定铁含量,校准曲线回归方程为:y=0.1552x-0.0014(r=0.9999)。方法的加标回收率在98.4%—101.6%之间,相对标准偏差为0.29%,苏斯-12(利胆胶囊)中铁含量为3457.76μg.g-1,该方法具有操作简单、重现性好的特点,可以运用于利胆胶囊中微量铁的测定。

Abstract:Susi-12 of Mongolian(cholagogic capsule)was digested with concentrated nitric acid and perchloric acid.Fe(Ⅲ)was reduced to Fe(Ⅱ)by hydroxylammonium chloride at pH 5.0,and determined by the spectrophotometry.The regression equation of calibration curve is y=0.1552x-0.0014,and its correlation coefficient r=0.9999.The standard addition method was used and good recovery(98.4%-101.6%)and RSD(0.29%)were obtained.The result showed that iton content in sample is 3457.76μg·g~(-1).The proposed method was simple and successfully applied to the determination of trace iron in cholagogic capsule.
