摘    要:分析了法拉第筒阻抗对二极管电子束流性能的影响, 研制了一种安装在阳极座中测量阳极吸收束流的法拉弟筒, 并用它测量了81-7M -01强流相对论电子束加速器二极管阳极吸收束流。

Abstract:Effect of Faraday cup impedanceon the performance of intense electron beam current of diode is analyzed theoretically and experimentally.A kind of Faraday cup which are compact structure,to be assembled in anode seat is introduced. It is used to measure anode absorption beam current on 81-7M-01 intense relativistic electron beam accelerator.
