| 摘 要： | 硝苯吡啶具有降压作用,广泛应用于治疗心血管疾病。它又是钙离子桔抗剂。本文采用分光光度法和离子选择电极分别测定了血清中的钙、镁、磷和氯离子。通过 11 例高血压病人和对照组血清的测定,结果表明,硝苯吡啶对血清钙等电解质没有严重影响。

| Abstract: | Nitrobenzoyl pyridine has antihypertensive effect. It is widely applied to treat cardiovascular disease and it is also inhibitor of calcium ion. The concentrations of calium, magnesium, phosphate and chloric ion are detected by spectrophotometry and ion selective electrode in this paper , by blood determination of eleven pathohypertensioners, the iesults show that nitrobenzoyl pyridine has not hard influence. |
