摘    要:采用CSD法制备YBCO薄膜可精确的控制组份,不需要真空设备,成为近年来的研究热点之一。文中概述了CSD法制备YBCO薄膜的研究进展,总结了在不同的CSD工艺中,起始原料、化学添加剂对YBCO薄膜热处理时间、质量、可重复性等因素的影响。

Abstract:Chemical Solution Deposition(CSD)is one of the attractive methods to fabricate YBCO film because of its precise control of composition,non-vacuum approach.In the paper the research progress of YBCO films prepared by CSD method were summarized.The different start materials and organic additives in CSD method that influence the calcination time,quality,reproducibility and cost-effective of YBCO films were analyzed.
