摘    要:随着变频技术的发展,在不同领域的各种产品都在使用变频技术,变频技术具有很好的节能效果和经济性。IPM智能功率模块是集驱动电路、欠压、短路、过热等保护电路于一体,结构简单、损耗小、重量轻、体积小、使用可靠等优点,可作为变频技术的核心模块。IPM智能功率模块的不仅使系统的设计时间缩短而且还使系统的可靠性得到提高,同时还能使系统的硬件电路变得简单,缩小系统的尺寸。但IPM内部不含防干扰信号的隔离电路和浪涌吸收电路,为了使智能功率模块IPM能可靠安全稳定运行,就需要设计IPM的外围驱动保护电路。

Abstract:With the development of frequency conversion technology, in different areas of the various products in the use of frequency conversion technology , the frequency conversion technology has good energy saving effect and economical efficiency . IPM is a set of drive circuit, under voltage, short circuit, overheat protection circuit, such as simple structure, low loss, light weight, small size, the advantages of reliable, can be used as the core module of frequency conversion technology. IPM intelligent power module is designed not only to shorten the time of the system and also increase reliability of the system,While making it simple hardware circuit system, reducing the system size. But IPM does not contain the isolation circuit and anti interference signal surge absorption circuit, in order to make intelligent power module IPM reliable safe and stable operation, it is necessary to design a peripheral IPM driver protection circuit.
