摘    要:在常压下,采用外加磁场辅助的液相还原法制备得到了直径约为250 nm镍纳米晶纤维。磁性能测试结果表明镍纤维的饱和磁化强度为8.94 emu·g-1,矫顽力为133.8 Oe,说明得到的镍纤维具有铁磁性能。此外,还研究了溶剂种类对产物微观结构和形貌的影响。结果表明,产物的形貌受溶剂种类的影响十分明显,只有分子结构中含有2个端羟基的醇类溶剂才可以用来制备形貌均一的超细镍纤维。

Abstract:A facile chemical reduction method was established to fabricate ultrafine Ni fibers with a diameter of about 250 nm using external magnetic field-assisted self-assembly under normal pressure. Magnetic hysteresis measurement revealed that the Ni fibers showed ferromagnetic behavior with a saturation magnetization of 8.94 emu·g-1 and a coercivity of 133.8 Oe at room temperature. Moreover, different alcohol-type solvents were selected to control the microstructures and morphologies of the nickel products. As a result, it is found that the morphologies of the Ni nanocrystallites are closely related to the types of the solvents and only the solvents with double hydroxyl groups colud be used for the preparation of the Ni fibers.
