| Abstract: | Homogeneity, lineal thickness, mass-thickness, purity and optimum specimen size of 12 commonly used substrate filter papers for filter paper method of XRF have becn studied. The diffusion behaviours of sample solution ions on the filter papers are investigated. As aresult, an optimum specimcn preparation method was proposed. |
