摘    要:以琼脂糖凝胶为基质,经2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵反应后,制得强碱型阴离子交换树脂Q-琼脂糖凝胶.考察了该反应的主要影响因素,并研究了对BSA蛋白质的吸附和对GL-7ACA酰化酶的分离性能,结果表明,其吸附性能、分离纯化性能均与国外同类产品相近。

Abstract:The Q-agarose gel was made by reacting glycidyl trimethy ammonium chloride with Sepharose 6 Fast Flow. Its main effects on the reaction were determined and the adsorption of BSA as well as the purification of GL-7ACA acylase was studied. The results showed that the adsorption capacity and the separation capability of the Q-agarose gel made by authors were similar to the imported analogous product.
