| Abstract: | Theoretically possible rogue edge wave are studied over cylindrical bottom in the framework of nonlinear shallow water equations
in a weakly nonlinear limit. The nonlinear mechanisms (nonlinear dispersion enhancement, modulation instability and multimodal
interactions) of possible anomalous edge wave appearance are analyzed. |
