High-frequency sum-rule expansion for relativistic quasi-one-dimensional quantum plasma dielectric tensor |

| Abstract: | A high-frequency sum rule for all elements of the relativistic spinless quasi-one-dimensional quantum plasma response tensor atT=0 K is derived. It is found that the frequency of oscillations is reduced by the relativistic effect. |
