基于STM32的开关磁阻电机控制器的设计

摘    要:以ARM内核的STM32 F103 RBT6为主控芯片设计了低成本、高性能三相开关磁阻电机驱动控制器.该控制器的主电路由IGBT构成不对称半桥回路,由低成本的隔离驱动芯片PC923直接驱动,具有过流、过压和欠压保护功能.采用以低速时电流斩波控制和高速时角度位置控制相结合的控制手段,系统运行可靠,性能优良.详细介绍了系统功能和软硬件设计并给出实验结果.

Abstract:Using the STM32F103RBT6 as a main control chip based on the ARM kernel,a controller is designed in combination with three-phase low cost,high performance switched reluctance motor.The main circuit is composed of the IGBT asymmetric half bridge circuit,driven directly by the low-cost isolation chip PC923,with protection of the over-current,over-voltage and undervoltage.Using the CCC control means in low speed and APC control means in high speed,the system is reliable and has good performance.The system hardware and software design are introduced in detail and the experimental results are given finally.
