摘    要:本文报道以2-氯环戊酮的加成重排反应合成2-取代环戊酮。如再引入硫硫双键,则可合成2-取代环戊烯酮。取代环戊酮和取代环戊烯酮是合成药物和合成香料的重要中间体。

Abstract:2-substituted cyclopentanone 4 was prepared via the addition-rearrangment processbetween 2-chloro-cyclopentanone and a Grignard reagent. After bromination and dehydrobro-mination of 4, 2-substituted cyclopentenone 5 resulted. Methyl 3-oxo-2-substituted cyclopent-yl acetate was obtained by the addition of methyl sislyl acetate to cyclopentenone 5. followedby removal of the sislyl group with potassium flouride.
