Abstract: | We use the examples of two types of titanium alloys that are currently widely used to study the effect of translational hardening
on the fracture resistance of materials subject to cyclic loading. We examine regularities in elastoplastic deformation, the
stability of hardening over time, and critical values of crack length and fracture stress.
