| 摘 要： | 本文通过对人体体能中三种供能系统供能特点的分析，剖析了运动员在400m跑中体能分配的生理学机制，根据人体体能中三种能量在400m跑中所起的作用，提出在400m跑中科学地安排运动员的体能分配，能有效地提高当前运动水平状态下运动员的成绩．

| Abstract: | By analysing the energy offering features of three systems of energy offering,the articledissects sportsman's physiological mechanism of physical energy distribution in 400-menterrun.According to the funchon of three kinds of energy in people's physical energy in 400-meterrun,it puts forward the scientific arragement of sportsman's physical energy distribution in 400-meter run.It can driprove the sportsman's achievements effechvely in current state. |
