A New and Convenient Synthesis of Silicon Element Heterocycles The reaction of special silyltriflates with organic phosphanes leads to cyclosilaphosphanes in high yields. This method is also useful for the synthesis of cyclosilathianes from H₂S and silyltriflates. Stepwise synthesis leads to cyclosilanes with phosphorus and sulfur atoms in the ring systems.
