GN海带新品系脂肪酸的气相色谱-质谱联用分析

摘    要:首次用乙醇提取、甲酯化处理的方法,对GN海带新品系脂肪酸的化学成分采用GC-MS技术进行分析研究。结果表明:海带中含有10种不饱和脂肪酸,占37.98%,其中亚油酸占9.29%,γ-亚麻酸占3.74%,EPA占1.12%,DHA占0.63%,花生四烯酸占4.9%;含有4种饱和脂肪酸,占56.22%的,其中棕榈酸(又名软脂酸)的含量高达36.23%。为海带新品系在生物制药和营养保健品领域的深度开发应用提供了科学依据。

Abstract:The fatty acids were extracted from a new kelp using alcohol, which were esterified in KOH-CH3OH solution and then analyzed by GC-MS method. The results showed that there were ten polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) with their contents of 37.98%, including linoleic acid (LA,9.29%), γ Linolenic acid (GLA,3.74%), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA, 1.12%), docosahexenoic acid (DHA, 0.63%), Arachidonic acid (AA, 4.9%). Besides, there were four saturated fatty acids (SFAs) with their contents of 5622%, including palmitic acid 36.23%. This work provided scientific evidence for the deeper exploitation of the new kelp in the biological pharmacy and nourishment fields.
