| Abstract: | A New type of conserved quantity deduced by Mei symmetry for Appell equations in a holonomic system with redundant coordinates is studied.Some aspects are also investigated which include a holonomic system corresponding to the system with redundant coordinates,the differential equations of motion,the definition and criterion of Mei symmetry,and the form of the new type of conserved quantity deduced by Mei symmetry for Appell equations in a holonomic system with redundant coordinates. |
