Abstract: | Hybrid perovskite solar cell is a fast‐growing photovoltaic technology. Here, we present a method based on the closed space vapor transport deposition, which has the potential for large‐scale production due to its low cost, high throughput, and large‐area uniformity. We demonstrate CH3NH3PbI3 solar cells with high power conversion efficiencies of 16.2%. Furthermore, the large area devices have high efficiency of 13.8% and good uniformity in a large substrate of 3 cm × 3 cm. (© 2016 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH &Co. KGaA, Weinheim) |
