干玫瑰花挥发性成分的提取及GC-MS分析

摘    要:用水蒸气蒸馏法提取干玫瑰花的挥发性物质,测得玫瑰花挥发性物质的含量为8.60%(w/w)。利用GC—MS法分离鉴定出28种化学成分。用峰面积归一化法通过化学工作站数据处理系统得出各化学成分在挥发性成分中的相对含量,约占总成分的82%以上。

Abstract:Some volatility components in rose were extracted by wet distillation method. The yield of the volatile components in rose is 8.60%. 28 components were identified by GC - MS. The relatively content of components were quantitatively determined by normalization method in G1701BA Chemstation. More than 82% was identified.
