Abstract:Teardrop-shaped and tetrapod-shaped CdS nanocrystals were prepared in aqueous solution under mild conditions through adjusting the concentration of reactants and the equilibrium reaction.Effects of the(precursors) on nanorods were further discussed.TEM images showed that nanocrystals had a narrow size distribution and a controllable aspect ratio(1~7) to some extent,and XRD measurement confirmed the wurtzite structure for the resulting CdS nanorods.
