| Abstract: | The immobilized enzyme post column reactors (IEPCR) and their applications in High-Performance liquid chromatography are reviewed with 43 references. The principle for liquid chromatography connected with IEPCR is described. The types of IEPCR are introduced. The applications of IEPCR mainly in biochemical analysis and clinical analysis are summarized. |
