内螺纹挤压加工温度及其变化规律的实验研究

摘    要:采用自制的温度传感器,使用不同规格、不同结构的挤压丝锥,在不同的工件材料、不同预制孔径、不同挤压速度、不同切削液的实验条件下,对内螺纹挤压加工温度及其变化规律进行了实验研究.从降低挤压加工温度出发,提出延长挤压丝锥寿命、提高内螺纹质量的优化措施.

Abstract:Adopting the temperature sensor made by ourselves, using different specifications , the extrusion screwtap of different structure, under different work piece materials , prefabricated bore diamater, different speed, and different experiment conditions that cut through liquid differently, the temperature of processing and changing rule of the internal whorl has been carried out experiment research. From reducing the temperature of processing, optimization measures of proposing quality of the whorl and lengthening the life--span of screwtaps have been improved.
