| 摘 要： | 随着半导体器件研制及其应用的发展,使得以大功率半导体开关器件作为固态的调制开关,在高压脉冲调制器中的应用越来越多。基于模块化设计的思想,设计了基于金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管(MOSFET)串联的固态调制开关模块,并讨论了该模块的技术难点,同时通过实验验证了单个固态调制开关模块的性能,在此基础上,进行两个固态调制开关模块串联的实验,进一步验证了其性能,并给出了实验波形。

| Abstract: | With the technical development of semiconductor and its application, the solid state modulator switch is applied in high voltage pulse modulator more and more. The design of solid state modulator switch module is based on Metallic Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor （MOSFET） directly in series in this paper. The technical difficulty of the switch module is discussed. Finally an experiment on two switch modules in series is car- ried out and their waveforms are given. |
