| 摘 要： | 贵州省兴义市作为远离省经济中心的边缘化城市,由于历史之原因和区位之因素,经济社会发展有所滞后。但近几年来,兴义市进入了一个前所未有的历史快速发展期,兴义市经济社会的超常规发展给未来兴义市的城市定位和发展方向提出了新的诉求。新的诉求强调未来兴义市的发展规划,既要解放思想,又要实事求是;既要尊重历史,又要站在时代的前列。
