| 摘 要： | 分析现行国际工程量清单招标投标的基本做法，针对我国推行工程量清单招标投标进程中存在的诸多问题，提出了在新的招投标模式下承包商应采取的应对策略及推行工程量清单招投标的若干政策建议。
