摘    要:本文采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对七个啤酒花品种中五种常量元素,进行了全面的定性定量分析研究。实验表明,该方法具有灵敏度、精密度高,选择性好,试剂消耗量小.快速、经济等优点。

Abstract:Five macro-amounts in seven kinds of hops were determined quantatively and qualitatively by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry method. The result showed that analytic method is sensitive, precise, rapid, economical use of reagent and good for selection.The recovery rate of potassium, sodium, calcium,magnesium and iron in this analytic method is 97.73%, 100.460%,99.60%,93.90%, 97.93% respectively and the variation coefficient of every elements is below 2.2%, 3.8%, 1.2%, 3.0%, 2.6% respectively.
