富钴结壳破碎细观机理实验研究

摘    要:在单轴载荷作用下对原状深海富钴结壳破坏全过程的细观损伤扩展规律进行实时CT试验,得到不同载荷作用下钴结壳与基岩中孔洞和微裂纹被压密、微裂纹萌生、破坏卸载等各个阶段的CT图像;根据试验数据绘制钴结壳与基岩单轴压缩下应力-应变全过程曲线并对其分阶段进行分析,同时,对得到的数据进行分析.研究结果表明:钴结壳与基岩的损伤演化具有局部化现象和不均匀性,裂纹的扩展路径大致沿着高密度区与低密度区的分界面,其内部裂纹的扩展导致它被最终破坏,这可为构建钴结壳的损伤破坏本构模型、开发和设计深海钴结壳开采设备提供依据.

Abstract:The computerized tomography(CT) real-time testing of the whole fragmentation process of the original cobalt-rich manganese crusts was done under uniaxial compression loading.Through CT scanning,clear CT images were obtained.The images include the whole process of cobalt-rich manganese crusts fragmentation from the micro-hole compaction,growth,failure to unloading stage in different stress states.According to the testing datam,the stress-strain complete process curve of the cobalt-rich manganese crusts under uniaxial compression loading was drawn,the detailed analysis was made according to stages,and the datam obtained such as the CT values were analyzed.The results show that the cobalt-rich manganese crusts damage is partial and asymmetrical.The original micro-damages expand approximately along the interfaces between high-density areas and low-density areas.The inner damage propagation leds to its final failure.The results provide an important foundation for the establishment of the damage constitutive model of cobalt-rich manganese crusts and for the development and design of the exploitation equipment of cobalt-rich manganese crusts in deep sea.
