| Abstract: | We classify all functions φ(z) meromorphic in R ? ¦z¦ < ∞ such that ?(z) Φ(z) has no zeros there, where Φ = (z)′’ + a1(z) ?′(z) + a0(z) ?(z) and a0(z), a1(z) are rational at infinity. |
