煤油共炼技术的研究和开发

摘    要:介绍了煤油共炼技术的国内外研究开发状况,以及煤炭科学研究总院进行的探索性研究。试验结果表明,煤油共炼与煤的直接液化相比,具有转化率、油收率较高和氢耗量、生产成本较低的显著优点。初步的技术经济可行性研究表明,在中国建设年处理1Mt的共炼厂是可行的。

Abstract:The present status of study and development of coal - oil co-processing technology is introdused in this paper. The test results carried out by CCMRI indicate that higher conversion and oil yield, lower hydrogen consumption and production cost are the outstanding features for co-processing compared with coal direct liquefaction. It is possible to constuct a co-processing plant with the capacity of IMt/a in China through the preliminary technical and economical feasibility study
