| 摘 要： | 根据党的十六大对全面小康的界定,结合数据的准确性与易获取性,本文设计了一个农村建设全面小康社会的指标体系,并采用变异系数法确定了各项指标的权重。然后,运用TOPSIS方法对2002年全国31个省(区、市)农村建设全面小康社会的状况进行了综合比较评价。最后,根据各地区与理想值的相对接近度,利用统计软件对各个地区作了聚类分析,并就如何加快我国农村全面小康社会的建设速度提出了对策建议。

| Abstract: | According to the concept of all-round well-off defined by the 16~(th) National Congress of CPC,considering the veracity and easiness to gather data,this paper designs an all-round well-off indicator system for rural China,and determines the weight of each indicator in the view of their variance coefficients.Furthermore,with the method of TOPSIS,it compares the building of rural all-round well-off society in all the 31 Chinese provincial regions in 2002.Finally,the paper conducts cluster analysis on the aid of statistical software,and puts forward some suggestions to accelerate the building of an all-round well-off society. |
