空心阴极放电中激光激发原子荧光法的应用

摘    要:本文介绍了空心阴极放电中激光激发原子荧光法的应用,如观察原子的高分辨光谱,检测原子(离子)未定性谱线,测量原子跃迁的自发发射分支比,研究原子从低激发态向高激发态弛豫,共振跃迁的下能级集居数变化现象的研究以及测定激光波长。原子荧光法不是一种最新颖的技术,但是,随着激光技术和其他科学技术的发展,它的新用途不断增长。

Abstract:Based on the research works in recent year, it has been introduced that the laserexcited atomic fluorescence spectrometry in hollow cathode discharge was applied to the observation of atomic high-resolution spectra and undetermined spectral lines, the measurement of the spontaneous emission branching ratios of atomic transitions, the study on the relaxations from low lying excited states to high lying excited states in atoms and the phenomena of laser-excited population change on the resonant transitional lower levels, the determination of laser wavelengths. It was pointed out that along with the developping of laser and other scientific technologies, the applicability of laser-excited atomic fluorescence spectrometry will be extended increasingly.
