新疆跆拳道教练员基本情况的调查与分析

"教练员是发展体育事业特别是发展竞技体育的关键人才",一国的竞技体育能否在国际大型赛事夺取奖牌以及位次如何,与该国优秀教练员群体的数量、质量以及他们能力发挥的程度成高度正相关.跆拳道运动项目自1994年在新疆开展以来,发展迅速,遍布新疆16个地、州、市,特别是近三年呈现出蓬勃发展的趋势.新疆与其他省市同步开展跆拳道运动项目,但竞技水平却落后于其他省市.文章通过对新疆跆拳道教练员发展现状的调查,分析新疆教练员水平与跆拳道运动项目竞技水平发展的关系.

The Survey and Analysis on the General Qualifications and Conditions of Taekwondo Coaches in Xinjiang

Coaches are considered as the key professionals in the development of sports and athletic sports in particular. On the part of a country, there exists a positive correlation between the number of medals and the rank of position to be won in an important international game and the number of the coa- ches, the quality of a coach group, and the extent to which the coaches are able to exert their roles. From the clay when Taekwondo was introduced into Xinjiang, it developed very rapidly. In the past three years, Taekwondo has taken on a booming tendency and currently it has spread over 16 administrative regions and cities. Xinjiang and other provinces started Taekwondo almost at the same time but lags behind other prov- inces at present. Through a survey of the current development of Taekwondo coaches in Xinjiang, this pa- per presents an analysis of the relationship between the coaching level of the Taekwondo coaches in Xin- jiang and the athletic level of Taekwondo in Xinjiang.
