| 摘 要： | 在中性介质中 ,Ce( )对过氧化氢氧化结晶紫的反应有较强的负催化作用 ,据此建立了负催化动力学光度法测定痕量铈的方法。方法线性范围为1 .9× 1 0 - 4～ 2 .0× 1 0 - 3μg/m L ,已用于人发和鸡毛中铈的测定。

| Abstract: | A new negative catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method fordetermination of trace cerium was proposal. The mehtod was based on the negative catalytic effect of cerium(Ⅳ) on the oxidation of crystal violet by hydrogen peroxide in a medium of pH 7.0. The linear range was found to be 1.9×10-4～2.0×10-3 μg/mL. It was applied to the determination of cerium in hair and feather with satisfactory results. |
