摘 要: | 本文详细地介绍了CCD441型全帧图像传感器的性能和工作原理,结合CCD应用技术中广泛涉及到的有关CCD芯片的功能特点,技术参数进行了研究和分析。按照其各组成部分的性能给出电荷转移方式、工作时序波形、输出放大方式。阐述CCD应用中有关的术语定义。本文对CCD应用技术的推广将促促进作用。

Abstract: | The performances and principle of CCD 441 full-frame image sensor are introduced in de-tail.The functions and technical parameters relative to CCD chip. which are widely concerned in the ap-plication of CCD,are studied and analysed.According to performances of components,the way chargetransferred,the working sequential waveform,the way output amplified,as well as the terms and de-fimitions of CCD application are given. |
