杭州地区鸡球虫种类的初步调查

本文报道了自1984年10月至1985年3月间对杭州地区的8个养鸡场进行的鸡球虫种类的初步凋查结果。通过观察各种类型的球虫卵囊的形态、结构及其最短孢子化时间;观察各种球虫的潜在期及其卵囊寄生部位,初步证实了存在于杭州地区的鸡球虫有Eimeriatenella,E.mitis,E.acervulina,E.praecox,E.hagani和E.brunetti等7种。其中,E.brunetti系国内首次报道。杭州地区致病性严重的鸡球虫主要是E.tenella。

A Preliminary Investigation of the Species of Chicken Coccidia in the Hangzhou Region

The species of chicken coccidia have been investigated on eight chicken farms in the Hangzhou region form October, 1984 to March, 1985. The following observations are conducted: the morphology of oocyst; the minimum sporulated time; the prepatent period; and the location of oocyst in the intestinal mucosa. Seven species of chicken coccidia in the Hangzhou region have been found in this investigation: ( 1 ) Eimeria tenella; (2)E.mitis; (3) E .acervulina; ( 4 )E .maxima; ( 5 )E.praecox; ( 6)E .hagani; ( 7 ) E.brunetti. E.bruntti is the species first found in China, and E.tenella is the key species which causes coccidiosis in the Hangzhou region.
