| Abstract: | This paper establishes a mathematical model for the tractive performance calculation of the vehicle equiped with hydraulic mechanical transmission and relates the numerical calculation methods as well as procedures. It makes emphatically inquiries into how the engine characteristics is dealt with, how the combined input characteristics of the engine and torque converter is gained and how the vehicle maximum speed, the maximum gradability as well as the time of acceleration are calculated. |
