| Abstract: | The overloaded cargo on highways is a great hard nut to crack in the world.This paper analyzes the causes of the overloaded cargo from the strategic selection of transportation enterprises,and points out that should reconstruct the strategic framework,promote enterprises change their competitive strategies and realize lasting treatment of overloaded cargo. |
