| 摘 要： | 对已木质化并已干枯的沙棘果柄和红枣果柄等材料作软化处理和整体高碘酸——席夫反应 (PAS反应 ) ,并制成石蜡切片来观察细胞组织学结构和多糖的分布。特点是先作整体 PAS反应染色后再作切片 ,改变了常规石蜡切片法的先切片然后再用番红作单片染色的制片程序 ,其制片染色明显而清晰 ,完全能满足对观察研究的需要

| Abstract: | This article reports that the wooden and withered plant materials such as the fruit handles of Hippophae rhamnoides and Zizyphus jujuba etc can be processed by the softening methods.Moreover,the measure of whole PAS reaction and paraffin wax slice can be taken to observe the structure of cell histology and distribution of polyose.Its advantaqe is that making paraffin wax slice after whole staining is the reverse procedure to the general process of making slice.The slices are clear and can satisfy the needs of observation and study. |
